SHIPPING

All orders are processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Items ordered on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped that Monday.

The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.

General shipping policies:

• All orders are shipped via USPS or DHL 
• Domestic orders typically take 4-7 business days to deliver.
• International orders typically take 10-21 days. Shipping times are not guaranteed due to many variables involved in international shipping. 
• Delivery will be completed when we deliver the product/s to the address you provided to us.
• Delivery of the product/s will take place at the delivery location you provided. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the address of the delivery location is accurate. LPRO Hair Extensions will not be held responsible if the delivery location is incorrect.
• The product/s will be your responsibility from the moment of delivery being completed.
• LPRO Hair Extensions cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery of items due to factors outside their control, for example, courier or postal services not fulfilling their guaranteed services or estimated delivery time.
• LPRO Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages (damaged/opened parcels) during the delivery process.
• You own the product/s once we received payment in full, including all applicable charges.
• During holidays and busy periods LPRO Hair Extensions cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery times due to postal/courier backlogs. Please take note of holiday postal operating days and hours as this can affect estimated delivery times. To avoid unwanted delays in shipment, ensure orders are placed in plenty of time to avoid this.
• If you order product/s from us (LPRO Hair Extensions), your order may be subject to import fees and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import fees and taxes. 
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the product/s are being shipped to. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

International shipping:

• All international orders are shipped via USPS or DHL. 
• *certain products like remover solutions are not available for international shipping
• International customers may be required to pay duties, vat, and/or customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of your order or in the shipping charge. 
• LPRO Hair Extensions is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
• Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the state and country of the shipping address. We advise you to contact your local customs office before placing the order to learn more about applicable taxes and customs charges relevant to you.
